The KingDental standard isn't a brand guideline — it's an operating spec. Hardware, workflow, training, and audit are defined at the parent level and identical in every clinic, regardless of country. Local managers run the clinic; they don't write the protocol.
Every patient runs the same digital path: intake → intraoral scan → CBCT → diagnosis → chairside or lab mill → seat. Single-visit restorations are the default, not the exception.

Every clinician — local hire or diaspora returnee — goes through KingDental Academy before they touch a patient. 12 weeks didactic + 12 weeks supervised, certified at the end. No exceptions, no field-trained shortcuts.
The parent re-audits every clinic against the standard each quarter — chart review, equipment calibration, outcome reporting, patient NPS. Standards drift unless you measure them. We measure.

Existing senior clinic operators who want to convert an established practice into a KingDental-standard clinic. Equity rollup + capital injection + standard adoption. By invitation only, M&A-driven.
The Academy is what makes every clinic on the network look identical to the patient. Run from the HCMC flagship in Year 1, replicated regionally as each entity reaches scale.
